Our organization:

Freightwatch Benelux BV is a very successful and fast-growing company that organizes transport for companies as a forwarder. Our goal is to acquire a (structural) top-3 position in the Netherlands and Belgium by 2025 as an online forwarder for pallet transport and air freight shipments worldwide. Our organization is progressive and innovative in the market, has an active advisory role and a personal and committed relationship with customers. There is an open and informal atmosphere with short lines of communication and room for your own initiatives.

The profile:

In the role of junior planning & support employee, you support the planning and we teach you everything that is important. It is a full-time job on working days from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

• Providing administrative support to colleagues.
• Booking and processing transport orders and handling administrative actions.
• Processing incoming tickets and preparing quotes.
• Tracking shipments and keeping all parties involved proactively informed.
• Making up an online insurance certificate from the company online.

What do we ask of you:

• Affinity with (online) services
• Handy with computers (being able to work with Apple is an advantage)
• Living in Eindhoven or an immediate suburb
• Proactive, inquisitive and driven attitude
• Representative
• Structured working and way of thinking
• Service-oriented and serious attitude
• Strong communication skills in speech and writing
• Dutch is the main language. Multilingualism, including at least English, is an advantage
