When booking, you can indicate any additional instructions or wishes for a pallet shipment, such as unloading with a lorry equipped with a tailboard, delivery to a private address, calling the recipient in advance or making a delivery appointment.

*Lead times: due to extreme demand and limited capacity of drivers and equipment, we ask for your understanding for possible longer lead times. The indicative delivery time for Benelux shipments is normally 1-2 working days after pick-up of the pallets, but can be (depending on the zone and time of booking) up to 2-5 working days after pick-up of the shipment.
